Urbanisation means many things and impacts organisms in different ways. One lens of viewing urbanisation is to look at the increase in built up area and reduction of natural landscapes. These habitat-level modifications affect the thermal profiles, which can alter the thermal physiology of temperature-sensitive organisms such as amphibians. This study explores how urbanisation alters the physiology of amphibians by measuring the thermal tolerance.
