Maria Antony P. draws on his background in wildlife biology, interest in digital illustration, designing, photography, storytelling, and a decade of experience in education to design and implement innovative conservation education programs to connect students with nature, cultivate creativity, and enshrine nature values with environmental responsibility. He is a Nature Educator at ATREE’s Agasthyamalai Community Conservation Centre (ACCC), Manimutharu. He is as passionate about studying birds, macroinvertebrates, and other ‘creepy-crawlies’ found on the seashore, ponds, mangroves, and wetlands as he is about sharing his fascination for the natural world with young minds.
