I am a medical entomologist with a master’s in Public health entomology. I’m a part of a one-health initiative called “indiazoorisk+” that attempts to comprehend and co develop interventions for three focal zoonotic diseases KFD, scrub typhus, and leptospirosis that are harming the forest communities of India.
My primary field of interest is understanding the ecology and disease dynamics of vector-borne zoonotic diseases, with a special emphasis on infections carried by ticks.
